You will need 2 files in order to
install and operate the Blackberry NYS Title Insurance Rate Calculator as well as the User Manual. The two files are accurates.alx
and accurates.cod. We
suggest you first read the Blackberry User Manual, and understand it before attempting to install the software.
To download all 3 files, click on the Download icon below,
you will be prompted to Run or Save the files. Select Save and the files will be placed in a directory of your choosing.
Remember where you are placing the files as you will need to locate them shortly. Depending on your computer, the 3 files
should automatically unzip. If your computer is not equipped with an Unzipping program, go online and find one you can use. Once
unzipped, find the User manual and print it. Read the Manual and make sure you understand it.. Next, run your
Blackberry Desktop software to install the files to your Blackberry. The version you will receive is a 30 Day Try and
Buy. The program will operate normally for 30 days from the time you install it, then will ask you for an activation
code that you will request from us. After the 30 days, the program will no longer operate and cannot be reinstalled without
an activation code. The cost for the program is $39.95. If you are a current customer of ours, or a member of the NYSLTA, the
